She was arrested on Friday after the body of Mr Mzoma, from Malawi, was found with stab wounds at 11.30pm, further states the news site. Sergeant Colm O’Giollain, of Cabinteely garda station, told the court that Ms Miano chose not to reply when she was charged and cautioned on Saturday night, but had complained of pains in her head and legs since being taken into custody and had been seen by a doctor “on several occasions”- The news site quotes.

Judge Gráinne Malone directed that she should receive medical attention, that her solicitor, Jonathan Dunphy, should liaise with the authorities to have a psychiatric assessment carried out if required and that any application for bail should be made to the High Court.

Ms Miano was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear before Dún Laoghaire district court on (Friday 9 November). The judge said that any application for bail should be made to the High Court.- The news site concludes.
