Kenya Census 2019 Same As Huduma Namba Has Money Issues

The Kenya Population and Housing census will be conducted between 24th and 31st August, 2019.

The issues of money have began cropping up just like in the Huduma Namba registration era. Mind you, the youths who were used as registration assistants are yet to get their money for the last phase of that exercise. Our money was reduced from Kshs, 2500 per day to 1000.

These people expect us to turn up on Thursday morning at 8 a.m. for pre-listing; whereas they have not given us the allowance money which consists of food, transport and credit.

In short, if we don’t receive the money today (a few days ago) then there is no census for Githurai division which consists of Kahawa west, Kamuthi, Githurai 44 and 45, Kongo, Soweto, Kamae and Kiwanja.

We want the money in full amount...final...if not so, then they can conduct the census themselves.
