Jubilee Logic is giving HELB 4.9 Billion and NYS 25 Billion . . 60,000 STUDENTS TO BE LOCKED OUT OF HELB LOANS

It has now reached a point where we dont value education . News that 60,000 students will be locked out of HELB loans are not only sad but worrying . Many Bright  students who qualify to University cant afford to pay fees and the HELB loan has been helping them .

HELB CEO says that the amount of money HELB receives is insufficient to support all the needy students . In a nutshell, this country doesnt value education . Ruto has always said that the top creme of this country will one day transform  this country but this will remain a dream as far as they dont fund HELB sufficiently . This is how NYS spends their money , Here and Here It is no open secret that the number of universities has increased and thousands are flocking higher institutions of learning to get a degree or  Diploma. As the number of universities increase, Biting shortage  of  facilities remain a challenge. Some students live in deplorable conditions as many Female students risk rape and even murder as they arise from their dungeons to rush to classes a couple of Kms away  . The Jubilee Logic is giving HELB 4.9 Billion and NYS 25 Billion .

Since these fellas will once change this country, why cant the government increase funding ?
