Newsroom Updated 1 min read
An Israeli woman living in Kenya has been accused of throwing pepper spray on a household and bribing her way out, according to a woman, who narrated the ordeal on social media. According to Sarita Shah, her brother's maid was sprayed with the pepper today but nothing happened after the matter was reported to Spring Valley Police Station because the Israeli woman "is very connected" After the matter was reported, two police officers were sent to arrest the Israeli Woman, but she somehow managed to convince the officers not to arrest her, further states Sarita Shah.
After the officers left, other officers were sent to arrest the maid and the brother's wife, when Sarita Shah's son visited them to inquire why they had been arrested, he was also arrested.
According to Sarita, the Israeli woman has been engaging in shouting matches with the house help calling her a monkey and telling her that her days are numbered.
Sarita further alleges that their complaints to the station were met with shock as they were told that the orders to arrest the maid, the brother's wife and her son came from "above"
