Indian Owned Funscapes limited Linked To Worker Harassment And Discrimination

Hello Nyakundi,

I'm an employee of Funscapes limited, owned by Indians. It has three branches: at the Hub Karen, Two rivers and TRM.

The owner is so harsh towards us, she undermines our rights and she pays us a salary of 10k per month with no any allowances yet the income we generate for the company is worth millions.

She has a tendency of sacking employees daily, her quote is always " I fire and hire as I want, it's my company no one can dare me" we work under pressure and she is so abusive towards us.
