Incompetence at Quickmatt, Thika Road that left its customer with serious head injuries

Afterwards he started having frequent headaches anf when he visited Matter Hospital, Thika Road, a CT scan was recommended and since he didn't have money, he went back to the manager of Quickmatt who quickly refused to hear from the man. I went for shopping at Quickmatt, Thika Road and as I was shopping a stone fell from the roof and hit me on the head.

They did a first aid and I went home, afterwards I started having frequent headache and I went for check up at Matter Hospital, Thika Road Mall.

I was told advised to go for a CT scan and since I didnt have cash I went to see the manager and he refused to see me. I have been having headache since then.
