Huduma Namba Registration Agents Still Unpaid Even As Census Begins

Fred Matiang'i, CS Interior. Who ate the money meant for salaries of Huduma Namba Personnel?

We've raised this issue numerous times but it seems the Cabinet Secretary for Interior Fred Matiang’i doesn't care.

Hello Cyprian,

I want to bring to your attention about the scandalous "Huduma Namba" .They haven't payed the remaining phase 4 balance to the RO (registration officers) & RA (registration assistants).

Interestingly, we all know they have a Secretariat. The last phase was supposed to be cleared by June or early July 2019; now we are approaching September!

The money was budgeted and allocated, so treasury is not at fault. The ministry of Interior is where the "sharks " have refused to disburse the balance.

Then you hear clueless Kenyans praising Fred Matiangi as " Super CS".

What is so super with him?
