A concerned tenant residing at Richland Pointe Apartments has reached out to the Chief Editor of this site with suspense of money extortion by Richland Pointe Apartments owners.
The apartments along Kamiti Road owned by Housing Finance has had a problem with its water bill, the management of the apartment has been allegedly stealing from its tenants for a while now.
According to our source the apartment has a dam that supplies water to the houses within the apartment but the billing technique is wanting.
For instance, a family of 3, two adults and a 14-month baby living at the apartment have used upto 11 units per month something that isn't making sense normally.
