HELB Caught Trying To Steal From Unsuspecting Kenyans

Hi Nyakundi, HELB is attempting to steal money from Kenyans. I cleared my HELB loan more than 15 years ago and to my shock they recently sent me a demand of Ksh. 25,000. On checking the statement I found that sometime in 2016 they claimed I owed them Ksh. 1 and now the debt and penalties have suddenly risen to Ksh. 25,000. What madness is this?
