Four Riara Group Of Schools Teachers Admitted With Cholera
Newsroom Updated 1 min read
Four Riara group of schools teachers were admitted at the Nairobi Hospital with Cholera at a local hospital, the editor of this site has learnt.
As reported by this site, over the past two weeks, several pupils from the school have been taken ill over food poisoning with diarrhoea being a common symptom among them.
The school has however tried to downplay the serious crisis that has hit even the teachers.
Photos of the poor sanitary conditions at the school were also sent to our desk by parents who demanded that action is taken against the school’s management and questions, for instance, why the school insists on outsourcing food from outside caterers, be fully answered.
The teachers were admitted, treated and discharged secretly but CNYAKUNDI.COM will keep our source a top secret as we wait for more details. Aware of the unhygienic conditions within the school, the school warned the hospital management to keep the teachers treatment a top secret, but as fate would have it, Nyakundi has his eyes and ears in all corners.
The management has managed to compromise the whole media not to air their current state but stay locked here for more updates.
