Hi Cyprian
My name is . I was employed by Kevian Kenya from 7th May 2018 to 12th April 2019.
I know that you fight for human rights and you are a blogger that i can share my story with.
I went through hell in Kevian Kenya Limited emotionally and psychologically. I was the Head of Sales for the 11 months I was there. There was a lot of intimidation throughout the time I was employed. On the 12th of April 2019, Mr Kimani Rugendo called me asked me what I had done in the last week I shared it with him and he terminated me on grounds of unsatisfactory performance despite the fact that I had been sharing my daily reports with the General Manager sales as he had instructed. Kimani Rugend, Kevian's Managing Director
There was no appraisal done in the 11 months and no time he said my performance is not good he said it that day and sacked me the same day. He didn't give me a chance to explain anything.
There is also a company called Squishy which Mr. Kimani wa Rugendo had partnered with Robert and Nimo they had come from the UK. He breached the contract and they are in court too for breach of contract with him. They had to get the police to get their personal effects from the office
I went to court and the case is in Milimani law Courts.
All employees who work in Kevian work under duress and its just because there is nowhere they can take him. They all fear Mr. Kimani and refer him as a mafia.
I am that brave person who believes inhuman acts shouldn't be taking place in this era. I have decided to be the whistleblower.
My life could be at risk but I will have fought for a better tomorrow.
Kind Regards
