Exposed: The Lie Of The Housing Finance Company Of Kenya

I am requesting that you tell Kenyans out there about how Housing Finance is ripping off house buyers in the various developments it is carrying out.

I bought a house in Precious Gardens Riruta 3 years ago and to date I am yet to get my title documents despite having paid fully for the same.

Secondly these guys have, contrary to the building plans approved by the Nairobi County Government, put up another development within the said estate straining existing resources. The total number of houses in the area has grown to more than 350 with only 100 parking lots. You should see how people double park here at night

Everyone keeps on getting late for work since you have to wake up about two resident's to move their cars so you can leave. In addition, the management has squandered service charge and the place is falling apart.

Resident's have resorted to footing repairs from their own pocket and to pay for water and electricity for the common areas after NWSC and KPLC discontinued supply.

Please warn Kenyans out there to think twice before purchasing homes from Housing Finance.

We have resorted to filing a case in court to try and salvage the situation.
