Barely few days after launching a failed terrorist attack that claimed 21 innocent lives on the Kenyan soil, Al-Shabaab militants have suffered a major setback for on Saturday as the group lost scores of fighters near Araare bridge following drone airstrikes.
According to Military sources the terrorist group has lost over 70 fighters after missiles hit a truck carrying the militants. Photos, video obtained show burning, charred bodies of militants.
The security officials however declined to comment on whether or not the strike was carried out by theU.S.military, which recently increased its periodic airstrikes in Somalia to help the somali government in its fight against al-Shabab.
