Email To Nyakundi, ODPP and EACC Exposes Corruption At The ICT Authority

The email copied to Nyakundi, EACC and Odpp NYS scandal may have shocked the country but a worse scandal has been happening at ICT Authority where billions of shillings have been lost on the Presidential Digital literacy program and Ajira Program which are at the heart of the president ’s digitization program. Some 4 staff were taken out as scapegoats and taken to court over the loss of Ksh. 160m. What was hidden under the carpet was that these funds used to be shared among some of the top management disguised as travel and subsistence for field visits for Monitoring and Evaluation they never attended and no wonder the digital programs have all failed in the fields and only exist on paper. According to the audit report presented in parliament for 2016/17  hundreds of millions of funds including donor funds from World Bank cannot be accounted and have allegedly been stolen through dubious transactions and the payment vouchers could not be provided. More funds have been lost in purchase overpriced and non-functional management software from a fake company called Millenium which was also involved in NYS1 Those leading this  scandal include Robert Kariuki Mugo who was quietly moved from the Acting CEO due to incompetence and to avoid prosecution,   Mr. Paul Kipronoh Ronoh  who is Director in charge of these failed programmes , Mary Kerema who is in charge of ICT applications and their human resource counterpart Virginia Nyambura Mwangi  among other  corrupt staff in that institution who continue to siphon funds meant for Digitalizing the country and providing vital services to Wanjiku. We call upon DCI, EACC  and DPP to investigate and bring the culprits to book. God bless Kenya and rid it of all Corrupt official that are sabotaging our dear President Uhuru Kenyatta.
