DP Ruto Roasts Mudavadi

Deputy president William Ruto has hit out at his critic Musalia Mudavadi by telling him to give him a break since he doesnt even undertand the Bible The Deputy President was responding to Mudavadi's remarks on NTV. ANC Party leader Musalia Mudavadi on Tuesday poked holes on the conduct and character of Deputy President William Ruto. Speaking on NTV's Sidebar, Mudavadi engaged his host Ken Mijungu in raising various concerns and reservations on the behaviour of the DP.

One of the Key issues Mudavadi had focussed on is the Deputy Presidents donations to churches

The ANC questioned the sincerity in Ruto's donations to churches and whether it was out of sheer generosity.

Making reference to a recent remark where Ruto noted, "Nimejipanga na kanisa. Kwa sababu siezi kua hustler hapa duniani na niwe hustler mbinguni (I have plans to invest in church. There is no way I can be a hustler here on earth and continue as one in heaven".

"A statement like that seems to indicate that you are trying to buy your way to heaven. In the bible, do we invest with monetary or actions?" Mudavadi posed.

The deputy president, while hosting Shabana FC players, technical team and supporters in Nairobi County said that Mudavadi is a drunkard that shouldnt even advise other people. " And I want to encourage the leaders to learn the art of giving because it is in giving that you receive. The other day, that is why you find some people, they even misinterpret the Bible because they believe in the wrong things, because they dont know what the Bible says ...How ....I mean...Give us a break....
