Sameer Group is owned by rogue business conman Naushad Merali.
The fraudulent man who made his dollar acting as a front for businesses owned by the former Kenyan dictator Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi, is now falling.
There's a new sheriff in town aka Kenyatta family and they don't like competition.
Things have been tough for this guy but who cares. The only things that is sad is that Kenyans are goind to lose jobs. Attention Kenyans: let's work for a better society where things actually work the way they are supposed to. In a better society, people like Moi, Kenyatta and even Naushad Merali cannot thrive.

Indians in Kenya colluded with the Kalenjin regime to defraud Kenyans. They were emboldened by their proximity to power and mistreated Kenyans like the British did to them. They still do, look at Jaswant Rai.
The arc of history is long but it bends towards justice.
