News reaching the nyakundireport.com desk this afternoon is that Kenyan activist and politician Boniface Mwangi has been picked up by DCI Detectives from his house over reasons yet to be revealed.
The former Starehe parliamentary aspirant broke the news of his arrest himself through a tweet sent just moments after he was whisked away by the detectives.
About half an hour ago, the National Coalition of Human Rights Defenders Kenya (NCHRD-K) had posted a tweet asking for "urgent response" after DCI Detectives "invaded" the activist's house in Funguo Estate, Nairobi.
