The Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji lied to Kenyans that the Ruaraka Land Saga was complex and would take up to 6 months in investigating and prosecuting. Responding to a Tweet I made on 8th July, the ODPP said that the matter would take up to 6 months, and that was 5 months after they started following up the case. In my complaint tweet, I had said that it seems like DPP Noordin Haji was scared of the likes of CS Matiangi, PS Kipsang and former AG Githu Muigai that made a cameo appearance in the scam that we serialized leading to arrest and bullying of the editor of this site by Serious Crimes Unit officers.
