Negligence by nurses at the Kilifi County Hospital have caused a mother to lose her unborn baby.

According to a video sent to the chief editor of this site, the medical staff who were attending to the lady knew very well she couldn’t deliver normally but through the caesarian section.

They nonetheless went ahead to put her on hold for longer, then injecting her with birth inducing drugs. Through this series of malpractice, the baby died.

"...kutoka lini mtu wa CS anazaa mwenyewe? Mmepatia mateso sana huyu msichana, huyu msichana maeteseka. Kutoka thursday ameumwa na uchungu daktari wakimwambia sijua mashine imeharibika...naskia uchungu sana...mumeumiza sana...hii lazima nitapata haki", said a sister to the affected.

The family of the woman are now calling for justice.
