COVID-19: Superspreader ACK Bishop kills 2 church members

Mutahi Kagwe, Cabinet Secretary For Health Definition: In the context of a human-borne illness, a superspreader is an individual who is more likely to infect others, compared with a typical infected person. Hello Nyakundi,
This story might a bit sensitive and I believe the culprit needs to be charged in a court of law.
An ACK Bishop in the Uthiru area got COVID about a month ago. He kept attending service but at least they kept social distancing at the pulpit. Apparently, the guy could not even preach coz he had problems breathing. And the gullible followers believed him.
But, the same bishop allowed followers to visit him at his house. He kept insisting he does not have COVID. Brushing it off as a serious cold of some sort.
A few days later, several of those who visited him tested positive for COVID. Two of them, elderly women, died.
My question is, who is to blame here? The bishop for being arrogant or his followers for being naive?
This story hurts coz I am related to one woman who is now no more.
