Court Halts MCK Board Recruitment After Conflict Claims

The recruitment process has been halted pending the hearing and determination of the petition.
The petitioner argued that the panel members had close ties with the NMG and that the shortlisted candidates were either current or former employees of the media house, raising concerns about their impartiality and independence. View document
