Chinese Construction Company Exposed For Failing To Pay Workers, Mistreatment & Poor Working Conditions

China Gansu International Corporation for Economic and Technical Cooperation Kenya Limited is a Chinese contractor, involved in road construction business in Kenya.

Currently they are working on Ruiru-Githunguri-Uplands road to bituminous standards. This company is one of the many Chinese firms defrauding local firms in the name of subcontracts which they won't pay. We happen to have been given a contract which was seriously frastrated through a lot of changes and variations with no additional time, poor working conditions, abusive languages and ultimately threats (that I'll be put to jail because they have somebody senior in government) they refused to pay for the work done. They even refused to reply to our lawyer's demand letter.

Now, we want the senior persons in government (whom I don't know, but I can guess due the people who were frequenting their offices and no major decision could have been made without their input) to act fast and have all the monies paid without much ado.
