Kindly expose the rot at Charcon Properties where the property firm mistreats tenants like never seen before.

Repairs are never done and you take it upon yourself to do the same and deduct it from the rent. Caption: Tenant pays rent but the landlord still doesn't conduct the needed repairs. The so-called firm withholds all your deposit funds in the name of "accrued rental arrears".

It is also important to note that this guy by the name Francis (Phone Number 0726587084) who was attached to their property in Kisumu's Lolwe Estate is very lethargic but when you do repairs by yourself and deduct the cost from the rent he goes hard on your deposit.

27 days after I vacated the premises, he doesn't pick calls or respond to my messages. My friend who also vacated was denied his deposit over silly excuses that don't add up.
