Britania Employee Decries Tribalism And Discrimination.

Hi Cyprian,

I am an Employee at Britania Foods. I worked in the sales department. Our National Sales Manager, Collins Muthaura is really frustrating us with his arrogance.

He threatens to sack you, does not even give you enough time to learn the trade or field. I am barely two months old and they are planning to replace me. Is it because I belong to the wrong tribe.

I am really frustrated by the way Mr Muthaura is treating me and undermining my position because am on probation.

Kindly assist as the manager is protected by the bosses above.
