Brian Yongo, the one who had Jirongo arrested and commited to a civil jail until his 20million was paid three weeks ago has just been arrested and will spend the weekend in cells.
He will be arraigned in court on Monday to answer charges of obtaining with false pretenses and forgery of a motor vehicle log book.
Yongo is currently being held at Nairobi Area Police headquarters.
