Sana Industries: Angels Hair Products
KINDLY EXPOSE THIS COMPANY MISTREATING WORKERS
Sana Industries Company Limited, the makers of ANGELS HAIR products, which has factories in Nairobi and Ruiru is engaging in labour malpractices.
This company is not only mistreating workers but also abusing their rights.
The CEO is South Korean National named Y. C. Choi.
He is mistreating workers, he does not pay long service pay, he is underpaying workers, deducts National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) funds from workers salaries yet he DOES NOT submit to their respective NSSF and NHIF accounts.
He also threatens workers, beats workers, fires indefinitely without notice, evades tax. Cnyakundi.com says Can’t the elite unit at Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) take over this matter?
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) need to investigate the issue of tax evasion
Ethic and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) needs to investigate the issue of corruption, non-payment of NSSF and NHIF deductions.
The Ministry of Labour, where are you at?, stop sleeping and clean up this mess. Ambassador Ukur Yatani, the Cabinet Secretary for Labour shouldn't be sleeping on the job.
There are many Kenyan workers suffering mistreatment. The Kenyan government needs to style up.
