Alert! Cartels At Naivasha Level 5 Hospital

Congrats for a good job you are doing to save Kenya.

Expose the cartels in Naivasha hospital, a Kshs. 70 million building without National Construction Authority (NCA) certificates, safety certificates, National environmental Management Authority (NEMA) assessment was done in November 2018 while the building started in 2016.

There was no public participation of tendering process, even ongoing construction has not been subjected to open tender.

Committee members have been promised small supplies to shut them up, Some county officials were intimidated with transfers and sackings if they open up.

Main drivers of this cartel are Former Medical superintendent (Medsup) who now serves in PGH - Nakuru and the current Medsup in Naivasha.

They have also made sure that the board are kept in the dark in all projects going on. Many projects are rolled out without involving the committee members and they are not allowed to give opinions or suggestions.
