Please highlight the issue of vehicles in Mandera which come from Somalia and haven't paid custom duty.
They move everywhere in the county as long as they bribe the police Kshs. 5000.
The vehicles of all sorts, have fake number plate which they make here in Mandera.
They just fix the vehicles from Somalia with any number plate which are designed here in Mandera.
