About Royal Mabati Factory, you posted last night at 1930 hrs, currently am dealing with their rude driver called Reuben on its way doing deliveries from Narok Up to Migori.

He arrived on Saturday night sounding drunk and very rude. He ignored directions and even proceeded on the wrong route leading to the company Lorry getting stuck in the mud from 23:02hrs when he arrived up to 11:20hrs, Sunday morning.

I had to look for a tractor to pull it out after which he threatened to take them back.

Customers beware about this guy if you got an SMS from RMF about your deliveries.

Am very disappointed

My order was above 155k, no courtesy and he shouts a lot be aware!
