Abducted boy Zubeir Ashraf found safe and healthy

The government needs to create a database on all missing person's so that their cases can be tracked.

The age of policemen throwing collected dead bodies, by whatever means, and dumping then in mortuaries without booking details such as finger prints, dental formula, Identity cards on an online database should end.

We should also start with a civic education on what to do in case a relative goes missing.

In most developed countries, a person is reported missing if they've not been seen or heard from in 48 hours.

Instead of demonizing Kenyan youths and those in schools that the DCI is recording their every truant act and that it will be used against them in the future, the govt should stop jokes and build a missing person's database.

Other important databases include:

1. Sexual offenders database complete with DNA

Govt should not be greedy as to only think of Huduma Namba database which some want to sell to Mastercard for profits, which in turn will be used to tie people down in debts

Govt should stop collecting information on our young girls and boys in schools so as to put them into the prison industrial complex.
