Published on September 19, 2019, Tottenham's Champions League campaign got off to a disappointing start as they drew 2-2 with Olympiakos in Greece on Wednesday.

Despite a slow start, Tottenham took the lead through two goals in four minutes from Harry Kane and Lucas Moura, but Olympiakos fought back to earn a point.

Former French international Mathieu Valbuena scored a crucial penalty to level the score for Olympiakos, who are now unbeaten in their last 18 games in all competitions.

Tottenham's Mauricio Pochettino will be concerned by his team's inability to hold onto a two-goal lead, having blown a similar advantage away to Arsenal last month.

The London side will look to bounce back from this disappointing draw when they face Bayern Munich in their next Champions League match.
