On September 18, 2019, the Nairobi High Court made a ruling that allowed Sarah Wairimu Cohen to be present at the postmortem of her late husband, Tob Cohen.
Following this directive, Cohen, who is currently remanded at Langata Women's Prison, will be taken to Chiromo mortuary to witness the exercise.
Justice Stella Mutuku made the ruling on Wednesday morning, allowing Cohen to be present at the autopsy.
Her lawyer, Philip Murgor, maintains that Cohen is the only one who can substantively identify the body.
