The school Director, Indere Ambajo, confirmed the attack, stating that the man tried to flee but was waylaid by an angry mob.
Police intervened to save him from the crowd, which was baying for his blood.
Kevin Otieno Ochieng was arrested and taken to Bondo Police Station but was released under unclear circumstances.
