AS Roma Reunites Another Kenyan Family with Missing Kin

On September 15, 2019, just hours after AS Roma confirmed the safe return of a 13-year-old Kenyan boy who went missing in August, the club announced the finding of an 8-year-old Kenyan girl who appeared in Chris Smalling's transfer announcement video.

The girl was found safe, and her reunion with her family marks the second successful outcome of AS Roma's social media campaign to raise awareness about missing persons in Kenya.

Launched in the summer in partnership with charities, the campaign aimed to create awareness about missing persons and has received praise for its gesture. However, the club's head of strategy, Paul Rogers, insisted that the campaign has nothing to do with self-promotion.

AS Roma's social media campaign has been a significant step in raising awareness about missing persons in Kenya, and the club's efforts have been praised by many.
