Hyland, who has been focusing on strength training after undergoing her second kidney transplant in 2017, can be seen goofing off at the beach in her latest photos. Her caption reads, "Don’t take me to the beach. I’ll do weird shit.,"
Despite her health issues, including 16 surgeries including two kidney transplants in 2012 and 2017, Hyland has never let her scars prevent her from rocking a bikini. She often uses the hashtag #showyourscars on her Instagram page, promoting body positivity and self-acceptance.
As a newly engaged woman, Hyland has been committed to putting in time at the gym for strength training. Back in June, she posted a photo of herself in a gym working on her abs, and recently shared a pic of her doing the full splits, showcasing her flexibility.
