Elizabeth Hurley, 54, is a testament to the power of fitness and healthy living. In a recent Instagram post, she showed off her toned abs and arms in a bright red string bikini top and cut-off denim shorts.

According to Women's Health, Elizabeth's motivation for treating her body right comes from her family history. In 1992, she lost her grandmother to breast cancer, which made her especially conscious of her health. She became a global ambassador for Estée Lauder Companies' Breast Cancer Campaign and continues to work with the group.

Elizabeth's exercise routine and healthy diet are key to her fitness success. She starts her day by drinking two mugs of warm water and prioritizes outdoor exercise. "Fresh air frees you of all tension," she said. Elizabeth also credits her time at the VIVAMAYR health spa in Austria, where she learned to relax, sit still, and enjoy her food.

Elizabeth's fitness secrets are not just about exercise, but also about making healthy choices and taking care of her mental well-being. "Making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities," she says. Her dedication to her health has paid off, and she looks ageless at 54.
