On September 16, 2019, Betacar, a second-hand car eCommerce platform, launched in Lagos to simplify car ownership and save users time and money.
Founded by Lou Odunuga, a seasoned executive with experience working with top Silicon Valley brands like Yahoo and Accenture, Betacar aims to raise the bar in the Nigerian automotive industry.
According to Odunuga, 'Every customer will be treated with the utmost respect and quality service. Our goal is to become Nigeria's most preferred destination for used cars.'
Users can visit www.betacar.ng to identify their desired car, test drive it at an offline car lot in Lekki, Lagos, and pay for it in installments.
Betacar promises to certify cars and price them fairly, providing users with car quality checks and diagnostics reports.
As Lou Odunuga emphasized, 'We are building a car buying experience that's honest, transparent, and all about you.'
