On September 14, 2019, police arrested a second suspect in connection with the murder of Dutch billionaire Tob Cohen, whose body was discovered in an underground water tank at his Kitisuru home.

Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti described the killers as 'heartless' and vowed that anyone involved in the gruesome murder would be brought to justice.

According to Kinoti, the second suspect was with Cohen on the night of the murder, and detectives are still tight-lipped about the suspect's identity.

The main suspect in the case is Susan Wairimu Cohen, who was arraigned on Thursday but did not take a plea as she awaits mental tests.

Kinoti revealed that detectives secured Cohen's home immediately after he was reported missing and preserved it as a crime scene, ensuring that no evidence was left behind.

"We never wanted to leave anything to chance, we have widened the net to make sure this crime is not covered at all. There is no perfect crime," Kinoti said.
