On September 13, 2019, Dr. Pimple Popper, a dermatologist, shared a new Instagram video that showcases her removing two large blackheads from a woman's neck.
According to Dr. Pimple Popper, blackheads are just pores that have become blocked by oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria.
Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the video, "Say Hello?? to these #blackhead beauties!?"
She used a comedone extractor to pop out the remaining dark gunk after making tiny slits in the blackheads.
After the gunk was out, the blackheads were hardly noticeable.
Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, said the blackhead removal was "#sosatisfying."
