On September 11, 2019, Boniface Nzomo and Caroline Kathini, a Machakos couple, finally experienced the joy of parenthood after eight years of marriage and childlessness.
Caroline, a beautician, and Boniface, an Administration Police officer, had been waiting patiently for a child, but their patience was finally rewarded with triplets – three bouncing baby boys – at Machakos Level Five Teaching and Referral Hospital.
The triplets, named Larry, Harry, and Mutavania, were delivered through caesarean section. Caroline expressed her gratitude and joy, saying, 'These are miracle babies. Our patience and trust in God have yielded blessings we did not even comprehend.'
Caroline had been informed that she was carrying triplets after undergoing a scan in the late stages of her pregnancy. She thanked their pastor, Lazarus Musyoka, and his wife Eunice, for their encouragement, counselling, and prayers.
Mr. Nzomo, who is confined to a wheelchair after suffering serious injuries in an accident in 2006, expressed his gratitude to God, saying, 'I have no words to express my gratitude to God for what He has done for us as a family. The three boys born to us shall remain a living testimony that God still hears prayers of his people.'
