Published on September 11, 2019, a post on social media highlighted the most annoying behaviors of Kenyans in churches.

From whispering and eating to using phones and snapping, these behaviors can be distracting and disrespectful to others.

Whispering, for instance, can be a major distraction during sermons, and some individuals take it to the next level by pointing with their mouths as they gossip about other parishioners.

Others have turned churches into restaurants, eating fruits and throwing peels all over the place, leaving the church dirty without caring.

Latecomers, often women dressed indecently, walk into the church late, distracting not only the preacher but also the congregation.

Additionally, some individuals are known to slay in their church attire, competing for the best-dressed slot, while others prefer to sleep during sermons, only to remember a single verse quoted during the service.

Walking around during sermons, using phones, and snapping are also common behaviors that can be seen in some churches.
