Apple Unveils New iPhone Models, Apple TV+, and Arcade

On September 10, 2019, Apple unveiled its latest lineup of iPhone models, including the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max, at an event in Cupertino, California.

The new iPhone models boast upgraded cameras, longer battery life, and improved performance, with the iPhone 11 starting at $699 and the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max starting at $999 and $1,099, respectively.

Apple also introduced a new seventh-generation iPad with a 10.2-inch display, priced at $329, and a fifth-generation Apple Watch with a touch-screen face that is always on, while still being stingy on battery power.

The Apple Watch Series 5 has a starting price of $399 and will be available starting September 20, while the Apple Watch Series 3 has been reduced to a starting price of $199.

Apple's streaming television service, Apple TV+, will launch internationally on November 1, with a lineup of original shows including 'The Morning Show,' 'Dickinson,' 'See,' 'For All Mankind,' and 'The Elephant Queen.'

The service will be priced at $4.99 monthly, about half of what Netflix charges for access to its large catalogue of content, and is available for viewing using Apple devices or online at tv.apple.com.

Anyone who buys a new iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch, or Mac computer will get a year of Apple TV+ thrown in free of charge.

Apple will also open its Arcade game service on September 19, charging $4.99 monthly, with more than 100 exclusive titles for play on Apple's array of hardware.
