On September 10, 2019, Eddie Hall, the reigning World's Strongest Man, pushed the boundaries of weightlifting with an unconventional challenge.
During a recent gym session, Hall invited his friend, British television presenter Paddy McGuinness, to participate in a contest of lifting weights with their privates.
"A month ago I started the World Bollock Lifting Championship," Hall said. "I've completed the World's Strongest Man, what's the next one up from that? It's lifting weights with your balls."

McGuinness, however, was not intimidated by the challenge. "If you're gonna throw a challenge down here, you might have bitten off more than you can chew, literally," he said. "Because I'm 46 years of age, my testicles are already round my knees. I've already got a slight advantage on you, I don't have to lift them up as much."

The rules were simple: Hall and McGuinness each tied the cord around their penis and balls under their workout clothes, then looped the other end around a kettlebell. Starting from a low crouch, they each began to stand upright to see who could take the most weight hanging from their genitals.
Hall emerged victorious, managing to hold a six kilogram kettlebell using just the strength of his... ahem, muscle. That might just be a world record, and we beg you not to try to best him.
