Lunganzi Chai Mangale, chairman of the Bandari Maritime Academy Board of Directors, highlighted the need for specialized training in marine engineering, navigation, and port technical services. He urged parents and guardians to support youth enrollment at the academy to equip them with skills for roles such as marine pilots, engineers, and technicians, aligning with the region’s labor market demands.
