Published on September 10, 2019, KBC reported on the Global Trade Center, a game-changing urban complex in Nairobi's Westlands.

The Global Trade Center, a $400 million investment, boasts 300,000 square meters of floor space and 30,000 square meters of land, making it a benchmark urban complex project in Kenya.

Located in the heart of Nairobi's business district, the complex features a 36-story high-rise office tower, a super five-star JW Marriott Hotel, high-end commercial apartments, and an international boutique mall.

On a foggy morning, the author of the article visited the Global Trade Center and captured breathtaking views of Nairobi from the 36th floor.

The apartment community, a 26-30-storey exclusive private club, offers life entertainment services such as a wine & cigar bar, a fitness center, private Cinema, and more.

The project is estimated to be complete by the end of 2020.
