Kenyan comedian and content creator Jaymoh Decin has reflected on the journey behind his first live comedy show, Sudhe Experience, thanking Kasarani MP and SportPesa boss Ronald Karauri, fans, family, and the team that helped turn the project into reality.

Jaymoh staged the show at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi on Saturday, September 12, 2026, marking a significant move from building his audience through online comedy to performing before a paying live audience.

Three days after the event, Jaymoh shared an emotional message on Instagram, opening up about the pressure, sacrifices, sleepless nights, and doubts that accompanied preparations for the show.

Jaymoh’s KICC debut marks a bold step from digital comedy to live entertainment, with Season Two already generating anticipation among fans.

For Jaymoh, one of the most emotional moments came when people who had followed his comedy online bought tickets and showed up at KICC to support his first major live show.

The comedian said the response from his audience gave him the encouragement to continue despite the challenges he faced during preparations. He also recognized Ronald Karauri and other personalities who supported the project, alongside influencers, celebrities, friends, and family members who helped promote the event.

“To see people who have supported me online actually buy tickets, show up, and stand with me in the room was nothing short of a blessing. I am forever grateful,” Jaymoh wrote.

The comedian acknowledged that bringing the project to life was far from easy, revealing that there were moments when the pressure and uncertainty made giving up appear like the easier option.

“I’m emotional writing this because it was not easy. There were so many challenges, sacrifices, sleepless nights, doubts, and moments when giving up seemed easier. But we kept going. And today, I can proudly say we did it,” he said.

From Online Comedy To A Live KICC Show

Jaymoh has built much of his following through online skits and characters, including Choke Jingli, where he has developed an audience through comedy, impersonations, and digital content.

However, taking that audience from social media to a major live venue required a different level of preparation. The Sudhe Experience brought together comedians, musicians, content creators, and other entertainers, allowing Jaymoh to present his comedy to a paying audience.

The comedian also praised the cast for remaining committed throughout the demanding preparation period, which included rehearsals, long working days, and the pressure associated with staging a major live production.

“To the entire Sudhe Experience cast, you know what we went through—from rehearsals, long days, pressure, and preparation to finally stepping onto that stage. You gave it everything,” he wrote.

Jaymoh Recognizes Team Behind Sudhe Experience

Beyond the performers on stage, Jaymoh recognized the people who worked behind the scenes to make the event possible.

He thanked his manager, director, drivers, cooks, and other members of his team, acknowledging their contribution to the planning and execution of the show.

The comedian said the team remained committed despite the difficulties surrounding the production and encouraged them to continue working towards bigger opportunities.

The first Sudhe Experience also brought together several entertainers, giving Jaymoh a platform to showcase his work alongside other performers while testing his ability to deliver a larger live production.

Jaymoh Credits His Parents For Their Prayers

Jaymoh reserved a special message for his parents, crediting their prayers for helping him through the difficult moments he experienced while preparing for the show.

“To my parents, thank you for your prayers. Your prayers truly carried your son. What looked impossible became possible, and I will never stop thanking God for that,” he said.

He also thanked everyone who bought a ticket, attended the event, promoted it, shared information about the show, prayed for him or simply wished him well.

For a comedian whose career has largely grown through digital platforms, the support offered by his online audience represented an important part of the transition to live entertainment.

Comedian Teases Sudhe Experience Season 2

Having completed the first edition, Jaymoh appears ready to build on the Sudhe Experience brand, hinting that the KICC show could be the beginning of a bigger live comedy project.

In his message to supporters, the comedian described the first event as the start of a new chapter and thanked those who stood with him throughout the journey.

“This is not the end. This is just the beginning of greatness,” he wrote.

Jaymoh then gave his followers something to anticipate with a brief announcement that suggested plans for another edition are already taking shape.

“Sudhe Experience Season 2… LOADING.”

The first Sudhe Experience has therefore given Jaymoh a new platform to connect his digital following with live audiences, while the Season 2 teaser signals his intention to continue developing the concept beyond its debut at KICC.
