Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, a dermatologist and host of TLC's Dr. Pimple Popper, has done it again. In a new Instagram video posted on September 9, 2019, Dr. Lee handles a pilar cyst with a dramatic pop.

A pilar cyst is a benign bump that often forms on the scalp, according to Healthline. Dr. Lee's patient had a pilar cyst that was causing some discomfort, and Dr. Lee was determined to remove it.

However, it took some time and effort for Dr. Lee to make the incision wide enough to get the cyst out. When the opening was finally big enough, Dr. Lee squeezed it, and the pilar cyst went flying out of the patient's head.

"It came out like a cork!!" one fan observed in the comments.

Watch the dramatic video below to see the pilar cyst removal in action.
