Kenyan socialite and endometriosis advocate Jahmby Koikai has made a triumphant return to Kenya after a year-long treatment in the US.

On September 9, 2019, Koikai jetted back to Nairobi, looking healthier and more radiant than ever.

From hospital beds to handbags

For the past four years, Koikai had been hospitalized almost every month, with tubes inserted into her lungs and relying on oxygen tanks for support.

However, thanks to her determination and the support of her loved ones, Koikai is now on the road to recovery and is eager to get back to her normal life.

“It’s an amazing feeling to be back home and on my feet. I’m still recovering but I’m not where I was before. In the last 4 years, I’ve been in the hospital almost every month with tubes inserted to my lungs. I had to carry those boxes or bottles from chest tubes as I take a walk around the hospital in the second pic.” - Jahmby Koikai

As she adjusts to her new life, Koikai is excited to ditch her oxygen tanks and carry cute handbags instead.

She took to social media to share her emotional journey, thanking her fans for their support and encouragement throughout her treatment.

With a heart full of gratitude, Koikai is now looking forward to a brighter future, free from the constraints of her illness.

As she puts it, “To anyone battling any chronic illness, remember nothing is too big for God and fear no evil. Naskia siku hizi naitwa Miracle Baby lol….niiteni tu Jahmby Conqueror. Phil 4:13”.
