On September 8, 2019, Imran Okoth, brother to the late Kibra MP Ken Okoth, secured the ODM party nomination for the Kibra National Assembly seat.
He will now face off against other candidates, including Jubilee's MacDonald Mariga, Ford Kenya's Eng. Khamisi Butichi, ANC's Eliud Owalo, and Dorn Anaclet of the Democratic Party.
