Dr. Sandra Lee, a dermatologist known as Dr. Pimple Popper, has a knack for finding hidden bumps under the skin. In her latest Instagram video, she tackles a particularly tricky cyst buried deep in a man's beard.
Published on September 7, 2019, the video shows Dr. Lee using her scalpel and scissors to carefully trim away around the cyst and free it. She then pulls out the entire cyst, which is quite large.

As Dr. Lee works to remove the cyst, she checks in with her patient to ensure he is comfortable and okay. "It's about to come all the way out," she says. "There she goes, she's looking now." The cyst is eventually removed, and Dr. Lee's patient is relieved.
